Job Description Lodging, Ground & Sea - Rail Team is looking for: JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEER - CONTRIBUTOR If you are interested in Java technologies such as OSGi, SWT, Eclipse RCP, Google Web Toolkit or Spring WebServices, if you want to have ownership and influence over the technical and non-technical direction of the projects you work on, finally if you are an engaged and willing-to-learn person - we wants you We offer working on interesting projects and being a part of innovative, motivated, talented and Agile oriented group of people. We are working on innovative solutions for rail industry, used for reservations and reservation management. ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES: • Under general supervision, develops, codes, tests and debugs new moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity. • Has good understanding of business application. • Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. • Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • May assist in development of software technical documentation. • Demonstrates software. • Designs and codes moderately complex applications using routine and/or advanced technology; • May create optimization programs to resolve problems; May design and build prototype applications. Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent, M.S. degree in Computer Science preferred.
